Riddhi is an excellent UX designer but beyond that, she is organized, diligent, and a strong team player. Riddhi stepped in to support UX research and analysis work outside of her day-to-day design tasks and did so with enthusiasm. She is not afraid to challenge the status quo and present innovative solutions with the best interests of end users and other stakeholders in mind. Her critical thinking skills allow her to focus on tasks at hand while also taking into consideration the “big picture”. Her calm demeanor and positive energy were always appreciated in meetings and when the team faced challenges.

Riddhi reported to me while I was UX Manager at AbbVie Endocrinology Inc; I was continually impressed by the high quality and thoughtfulness of her work, but most of all by her ability to quickly grasp unfamiliar business and even technical (UX and Dev) concepts through her passion for learning and honing new skills.
